A rapid method was proposed for assessing the migration ability of microencapsulated acaricidal repellent substances applied to a textile material. In this method, a colorless active substance was replaced by neutral fat-soluble dye Sudan IV. The effect of the concentration and charge density of cationic synthetic polyelectrolytes and of their immobilization method on the intensity of the dye release from textile material was evaluated.
