Event generators were used to perform the simulations of the processes of particle production with high transverse momenta in the central rapidity region of the NICA collider. To study the behavior of the inclusive cross section of rare processes of particle production near the kinematic boundaries of pp and dd reactions, a large statistical data sample was generated (1.5 billion events for each initial energy). In this kinematic region, the production of protons, pions, and kaons was studied. For several initial energies of the NICA collider, the dependence of the inclusive cross sections of the production of various particles on the transverse momentum and rapidity was obtained. The resulting simulated dependencies were compared with the patterns predicted by the previously obtained quark counting rules for the inclusive cross sections in this region.
