One edit after publishing. Corrected V2.o to V2.0 This version replaces the original manuscript and eos_wow_metrics.py with a descriptive revision and corrected reproducibility script. The original Appendix C code contained a numeric-coercion bug that silently zeroed letter-coded SNR values, producing an incorrect entropy-collapse figure; the original manuscript also overstated statistical significance, a "triple coincidence," and a thermodynamic interpretation not supported by the measurements. This version corrects the decoding, corrects a false claim about control-channel behavior, adds the entropy–localization dependence identity, and restricts all claims to descriptive Shannon-entropy and spectral-concentration summaries. The reported headline numbers (H, L at the intensity peak) are unchanged and are now independently verified by self-checks built into reproduce_analysis.py
