This paper introduces a quantum wave-resonance mechanism that enables absolute inertia modification and macro-scale material displacement through solid matter without macroscopic or thermal disruption. Building upon the Elastic Membrane Cascade model (Steinruck, I. (2026). The Elastic Membrane Cascade : A Hydrodynamic Closed—Loop Model of the Multiverse. Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22782068), which establishes the vacuum of space-time as a frictionless quantum superfluid, we demonstrate that a localized, engineered phase shift can decouple an object's constituent molecules from the local electromagnetic repulsion grids of surrounding matter. To prevent spontaneous molecular de-cohesion during the phase shift, we introduce a localized, non-stationary torsion field envelope that preserves internal material adhesion. Finally, we deconstruct the physical, non-thermal refractive boundary signatures generated by this field—directly validating these predictions against empirical mid-wave infrared (MWIR) military targeting telemetry—and mathematically demonstrate how this localized spacetime metric isolation enables a craft to survive transit through the hyper-dense gravitational gradients of an Einstein-Rosen bridge to execute trans-universal travel.
