This experimental study investigates the preparation, stability, viscosity, and thermal conductivity analysis of aluminum nitride (AlN) nanofluids formulated using a 50-50 volumetric mixture of deionized water (DIW) and monoethylene glycol (MEG), with an AlN nanoparticle concentration ranging from 0.01% to 1.0%. Stability analysis was performed at room temperature, followed by measurements of viscosity and thermal conductivity over a temperature range of 25°C to 45°C. Results demonstrate an increase in both viscosity and thermal conductivity with AlN particle concentrations. At the stable shear rate (25.2 1/s), the base fluid exhibited a viscosity of 9.3448 mPa s, showing a 125.2% enhancement at 1.0% concentration and 25°C. The thermal conductivity reached 0.5402 W/m °C, corresponding to a 27.72% enhancement at 1.0% concentration and 45°C. New correlations were derived from the experimental results, showing strong fits for viscosity (R2 = 0.9365) and thermal conductivity (R2 = 0.913).
