Experimental study demonstrates altered phase transition sequences in diisopropylammonium bromide composites with barium titanate, suggesting microstructural control over ferroelectricity.
Results are presented from dielectric studies and a differential thermal analysis of ferroelectric (C6H16NBr)1−x/(ВаTiO3)x (x = 0.1, 0.2) composite. Adding at least 10 vol % of inclusions of barium titanate particles changes the sequence of the phase transitions in C6H16NBr.
