White and ultraviolet light traps were used to collect Coleoptera species from the Orhei National Park for the first time. The study was performed from June 28 till September 26, 2024 and a total of 82 species of Coleoptera belonging to 22 families were collected, including aquatic. Two genera Cynaeus and Spondylis and three species Cynaeus angustus, Hydaticus grammicus and Spondylis buprestoides are new record for the Republic of Moldova, one of them Cynaeus angustus is an adventive for the country.
