A systematization and analysis of the accumulated knowledge on spectroscopic properties and temperature behaviour of stimulated-emission parameters in activated condensed media is made as well as an investigation of these properties in connection with the crystallochemistry of these compounds and results in the understanding of the fundamental regularities of crystal-field disorderness phenomena of Ln3+ ions in insulating laser crystals. One of the regularities discovered - structural-dynamic disorderness - is connected with the formation of Ln-polyhedra statistics, the variety of which is dependent, in particular, also from the concentration of lasing-activator ions. The other one - structural-static disorderness - is connected with the statistics of filling up the similar crystallographic positions by cations with different valency, it is generally independent from the content of Ln3+ laser ions in the crystal. Experimental results, among which are new low-temperature ones, on the spectroscopy of stimulated emission of Nd3+ ions on different structure disordered fluoride- and oxygen-containing crystals are presented to illustrate these objective laws.
