Background: Fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) imaging has the disadvantage of requiring a longer acquisition time and is more susceptible to head motion. In acute stroke treatment, it is important to acquire FLAIR images in a short time to perform rapid diagnosis and treatment. In this study, we investigated the relationship between parameters related to FLAIR image acquisition time and image quality and examined the feasibility of reducing the imaging time of FLAIR images.
