Female reproductive health and menstruation remain social taboos in Pakistan, where discussions on these topics are often discouraged. Addressing such stigmas is essential for women's well-being. Raaji, a rule-based chatbot developed in Pakistan, aims to raise awareness about reproductive health—particularly menstrual hygiene—through culturally relevant conversational UX design. Leveraging conversational UX design, Raaji serves as a pedagogical tool that helps overcome barriers to information access. In this study, we applied critical interface analysis to examine Raaji's user interface, dialogue structure, and bot identity, focusing on its role in user engagement, knowledge dissemination, and the autonomy afforded to users. We also analyzed how micro-interactions and design features reflect broader sociocultural dynamics and embedded ideologies. This study highlights how health-focused chatbots, when examined through a sociotechnical lens, reveal tensions between empowerment, usability, and representational equity.
