This research uses quantitative methods. Data was collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS. This study took a sample of 58 respondents who are employees who work at PT. Omar Group Makassar. The results show that (1) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Omar Group Makassar (2) Company commitment has a signigicant effect on employee performance at PT. Omar Group Makassar (3) The work discipline variable that has the most dominant influence on employee perrformance at PT. Makassar Omar Group.
