The second-order Raman spectra of crystalline InP have been investigated at 77 and 300K and the decomposition into the Gamma 1 , Gamma 12 and Gamma 15 components performed between 10 and 700 cm -1 . Several determinations of the one-phonon density of states in InP are deduced from the second-order scattering of crystalline samples or from the first-order scattering of mechanically perturbed and ion-implanted samples.
