Osimertinib improved disease-free survival compared with placebo both in patients who received prior adjuvant chemotherapy (HR = 0.16, 95% CI: 0.10–0.26) and in those who did not (HR = 0.23, 95% CI: 0.13–0.40), across all disease stages.
