This monograph presents a rule-based construction program that starts from the number one and develops, through explicit recursive rules, geometric and arithmetic structures whose numerical values converge to fundamental constants such as the golden ratio, Euler’s number, and pi. A simple two-state geometric rule is shown to generate the Fibonacci sequence, and its natural partitions into two, three, and five parts link golden-ratio self-similarity to a thirtyfold structure built from the product of the primes two, three, and five. Building on this foundation, the work constructs regular simplices, central reflections, and orthogonalizing lifts that lead to star figures and cross-polytopes, culminating in the four-dimensional sixteen-cell polytope labeled by residue classes modulo thirty. A complete geometric-arithmetic atlas spanning dimensions one through sixty catalogs incidence structures, metric properties, modular symmetries, and normalized projections for each dimension, tracing how primorial self-similarity propagates through a tower of unit groups. A central analytical result establishes an explicit spectral zeta function for an arithmetic depth operator acting on the Hilbert space of an infinite address tree, proved rigorously in its region of convergence and extended by meromorphic continuation. A companion operator built from golden-ratio child weights yields a closed-form joint spectral zeta function, and the curvature of its boundary of convergence is computed explicitly. The construction is then extended to the twenty-four-cell and its associated lattice, and further to the two-hundred-forty roots of the exceptional lattice E8 in eight dimensions, obtained from an explicitly chosen coupled symmetry. A separate radial contact model proves, under a clearly disclosed additional assumption, a conditional collapse of the packing toward a single point; the text carefully distinguishes this conditional result from the unconditional theorems established elsewhere. Throughout, the work maintains a strict separation between proven theorems, explicitly chosen modeling rules, and open questions, and it accompanies every construction with reproducible numerical verification. The result is a unified geometric perspective connecting elementary self-similarity, classical constants, prime number structure, root lattices, and spectral zeta functions within a single explicit and auditable framework.
