Gürbüz et al. (2016) conducted a case report in Type A aortic dissection in pregnancy (n=1). Pregnancy was evaluated on Clinical outcome. A 41-year-old pregnant woman at 34 weeks gestation presented with leg swelling, epigastric pain, and blurry vision, developed type A aortic dissection, and died during follow-up.
