Fifty new cases of tumoural calcinosis are described and the literature is reviewed. The histology and treatment is indicated. These are benign, often multiple tumours which recur if not properly removed surgically, no other treatmentbeing effective. They can occur at all ages and in all races and are usually misdiagnosed. No biochemical tests or other investigations have so far revealed their aetiology.
