A way of analyzing the spatial distribution of a solution on a substrate with a developed nanostructured surface (a metallized metasurface) is proposed. The technique is based on epi-luminescence microscopy and can be used to calculate the gain of the SERS signal on a surface with a complex highly-developed structure, where standard ways of estimating the amount of substance are not applicable. A change in the wettability of the surface is detected for a colloidal solution of CdSe/CDs/ZnS semiconductor quantum dots on a track-etched membrane with silver dendritic nanostructures, depending on the number and size of dendrites on it.
