Progress in the Study of Biscembranoides from the Soft Corals of the GenusSarcophyton

Biscembranoides, a kind of novel and complex compounds, mainly exist in the soft corals of the genus sarcophyton exhibiting good biological activities in drug discovery, especially for the activities of anti-inflammatory, antitumor, etc.In this review, we focus on the progress in chemical and bioactive research of biscembranoides in recent years and their prospections in the future.Keywords Sarcophyton; biscembranoide; structure; bioactivity 软珊瑚属于腔肠动物门(Coelenterata)、珊瑚虫纲 (Anthozoa) 、 八 放 珊 瑚 亚 纲 (Octocorallia) 、 软 珊 瑚 目 (Alcyonacea)的海洋低等无脊椎动物, 目前已报道的有 1000 多种.这类海洋生物从潮间带到深达千米的海洋、 亚热带到两极的海域均可以生存.其中, 我国辽阔的海 域中分布着 500 多种软珊瑚 [1] .软珊瑚的生长环境艰难恶劣, 表现为高压、高盐、 缺氧, 整体海洋环境较封闭, 而且密集分布着众多致病 性微生物和捕食者.在残酷的生存考验下, 软珊瑚产生 了具有强大的抵御外界捕食作用的次生代谢产物.近年 来, 科学家从软珊瑚中发现了众多药理活性显著的次生
