Dielectric loss measurements, d‐c conductivity, and transmission electron microscopic observations were made on thermally treated (mole fraction) glasses. The results of this study indicate that this glass is partially devitrified after low temperature treatments. This dispersed crystalline phase gives rise to Maxwell‐Wagner‐Sillars heterogeneous dielectric dispersions similar to those previously attributed to electron hopping resonance in these glasses.
