We give an explicit configuration of 24 distinct, noncoplanar points in Euclidean 3-space whose Atiyah polynomials are linearlydependent. The configuration belongs to a reflection-symmetric one-parameter family specified by an integer coordinate table. Its normalized Atiyah-Sutcliffe determinant has a unique simple zero in a rational interval of length 10⁻²⁰, and the polynomial coefficient matrix has rank exactly 23 at this zero. The proof combines an exact real-matrix reduction with certified endpoint and derivative bounds. All bounds are obtained by outward interval arithmetic using integers.
