This study examines the influence of velocity slip, isothermal heat transfer, internal heat generation, species diffusion and homogeneous-heterogeneous chemical reactions on magnetohydrodynamic radiative Falkner-Skan flow of a Casson fluid over a wedge. A critical review of existing literature reveals inconsistencies in the formulation of similarity variables and stretching velocity. To overcome this limitation, a novel set of dimensionally consistent similarity transformations have been developed, to reduce the governing nonlinear partial differential equations to a coupled system of ordinary differential equations. The resulting system has been solved using the novel Fubini Polynomial Collocation Method (FPCM) and Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs). The effects of key physical parameters on velocity, temperature and concentration distributions are systematically analysed for three wedge configurations: static, forward and backward motion. The results indicate that increasing the heat source/sink parameter enhances the thermal field, while stronger homogeneous and heterogeneous reactions significantly reduce the concentration profile. Moreover, temperature and concentration distributions are more pronounced for γ < 0 compared to γ = 0 and γ > 0. These findings provide valuable insights for advanced applications in aerospace systems, biomedical devices such as artificial hearts and targeted drug delivery and industrial cooling technologies, contributing to improved thermal management in non-Newtonian nanofluid systems.
