We propose that phosphorus‑31 nuclear spin qubits embedded in Posner molecules can be organized into a three‑dimensional E8‑aligned lattice whose 240 root vectors project onto an icosahedral topology. This lattice couples the 132 Hz phi‑scaled phononic resonance of microtubules, creating a unified spin‑phonon field that entangles the nuclear spins in a coherent, topologically protected manner. The resulting icosahedral shield, generated by the E8 root‑vector projection, suppresses gravitational decoherence, enabling long‑range quantum entanglement across neural membranes and providing a novel substrate for biologically plausible quantum cognition.
