**[Manifestation layer]** The cosmos is a living organism. Once the core law of Yuanxian Theory—“the cosmos is a living organism”—has been established, every mathematical conclusion within the \(T⁶⁴\) framework is to be re-understood as a geometric manifestation of the topological self-inspection of the cosmic living organism. Taking the topological readout of the generational number of the three families of fermions \(N_f=3\) as a case study, the present paper completes the cognitive ascent from “mathematical proof” to “ontological re-reading”. **Core re-positioning**:- \(N_f=3\) is not “a topological invariant read out from the closed-chain homology rank”, but the “three complete self-inspection layer confirmations” performed by the cosmic living organism on the \(M₃₅\) self-inspection section;- the exclusion of \(N_f=2\) and \(N_f=4\) is not “the exclusion of topological possibilities”, but the confirmation by the self-inspection system that fewer than three layers leave the self-inspection incomplete, while more than three layers render it redundant;- the three generations of fermions are not “the accidental appearance of exactly three generations”, but the minimal complete number of self-inspection layers required to maintain chiral self-consistency. Three independent readout paths (Pontryagin quotient, irreducible representations of \(Aut(M₃₅)\), cyclic-group quotient) converge to the same value \(N_f=3\). The paper supplies rigorous treatments of the geometric and group-theoretic sections, complete exclusion logic, verification-status tables and explicit falsifiability conditions.
