vW‑KG v8 presents the eighth iteration of the vanWienen–Korzybski Generativity Gradient, a domain‑agnostic cognitive architecture designed to model generative coherence under interference. Version 8 introduces the Interface Manipulation Layer, a formal mechanism for controlling generative parameters (Δ, Φ, Ψ) through four operators — amplify, invert, stabilize, and collapse. These operators define a minimal generative control syntax and produce coherent interface states through structured feedback loops. The architecture is formulated independently and is not derived from existing frameworks in cybernetics, distributed cognition, adaptive rule systems, generative design, or meta‑modeling. Conceptual resonances with these traditions are acknowledged only to situate v8 within a broader theoretical landscape; they do not function as sources of derivation. This preprint includes Appendix G — Interactive Demo (Conceptual), featuring a minimal Python script that allows users to manually adjust generative parameters and apply interface operators. The interactive demo illustrates the Δ–Φ–Ψ feedback loop described in Section 3 and provides an experiential, reproducible demonstration of the v8 interface mechanism. It is intended as a didactic conceptual simulation rather than an empirical experiment, offering readers a tangible way to explore coherence formation under interference. v8 serves as a foundational component of the broader vW‑KG corpus and prepares the structural ground for subsequent versions (v9–v10), where temporal continuity, reflective integration, and higher‑order generativity are developed.
