This paper formalises a novel, high-fidelity optical and digital processing architecture designed to bypass the traditional diffraction limits of small- aperture instruments and the processing bottlenecks of the human eye. By integrating high-cadence lucky imaging with multi-pass deep-learning edge reconstruction models, we introduce the 16x - 64x Cognitive Multiplier (CM 16-64x) framework. Utilising a restricted 40mm hydrogen-alpha front aperture operating at f/18, this system structurally resolves sub-pixel fluid and magnetic phenomena down to a continuous 0.14μm grid mapping plane. For clarity no increase in physical optical resolution is claimed.
