NHS staff must be trained in how to prevent aggression

EDITOR—“I suddenly cut across three lanes of traffic without signalling and made an abusive gesture at anyone who sounded their horn.” It is hardly surprising, even though it is unacceptable, if a psychopath gets out of his car and punches that driver.
