Polycystic kidneys and peritoneopericardial diaphragmatic hernia were diagnosed in an 8‐year‐old female domestic shorthair cat. The animal was anorectic at the time of presentation, and the blood urea level was mildly elevated. Euthanasia was performed at the owner's request.
