This study examines the impact of transformational leadership on organizational learning culture, considering the mediating roles of growth mindset and job satisfaction. The findings indicate that transformational leadership significantly influences learning culture both directly and indirectly. Notably, leadership exhibits a strong effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.77109), which, in turn, contributes substantially to learning culture (β = 0.54976). This highlights the crucial role of leadership in fostering a learning-oriented work environment driven by employee satisfaction. Furthermore, the study finds a significant relationship between transformational leadership and growth mindset (β = 0.48308), with growth mindset also positively influencing learning culture (β = 0.17830).Additionally, a review of the literature highlights the direct positive effects of transformational leadership on employee satisfaction while calling for further research to elucidate the mediating mechanisms of organizational learning culture across different sectors and cultural contexts. This paper explores the mediating role of learning culture in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee satisfaction. Drawing from empirical and theoretical studies, particularly in educational and organizational contexts, the findings suggest that while transformational leadership positively affects satisfaction, the presence of a robust learning culture can significantly strengthen this relationship. The paper also underscores mixed results in empirical mediation, indicating a need for further longitudinal studies. Implications for leadership development and organizational learning strategies are discussed.
