Standard astrophysical models depict black holes as infinite gravitational singularities capable of irreversibly swallowing matter and radiation, introducing the unresolved Black Hole Information Paradox. This paper presents the Inactive Core Mechanical Model, an alternative macroscopic and mechanical framework grounded in classical equilibrium, fluid dynamics, and opposing force interactions. The primary mechanical thesis is demonstrated via the Circular Inward-Facing Magnetic Ring Model: when identical magnetic poles (North–North) are arranged in a ring facing inward, they generate an impenetrable repulsive pressure barrier in the center (an inactive, empty void), while outward-facing opposite poles (South) connect with external matter. Matter disintegrates along the perimeter into a high-temperature plasma accretion disk rather than entering the core. Accumulated mass over eons eventually breaches the critical balance, triggering a localized Big Bang recoil that mechanically recycles cosmic matter into new star systems.
