The manufacturing sector plays a vital role in the global economy, driving economic growth and development. Integrating Total quality management with sustainability, social responsibility, and ethics is critical to elevating industry standards and fostering societal impact. This study investigates how TQM practices influence sustainability, social responsibility, and ethics in manufacturing industries. Also, how do these impacts differ across various manufacturing industries, and address the lack of systematic models by testing an SEM-based framework? A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining a systematic literature review, surveys, and interviews with industry professionals. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was utilized to analyze relationships, and model validity was assessed through fit indices. The model showed a good fit, supporting the hypothesized relationships. Findings reveal a strong positive influence of TQM on sustainability (β = 0.95), social responsibility (β = 0.79), and ethics (β = 0.88). Indicating TQM’s significant influence on fostering sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical practices in manufacturing industries. The primary contribution of this research article for managers and practitioners is to provide a validated, actionable framework and practical guidance for integrating sustainability, social responsibility, and ethics into their existing Total quality management systems. It moves beyond theoretical discussion to offer evidence-based strategies for achieving long-term competitiveness.
