This expanded v127 release presents the Einstein-Karahan Framework as a two-pillar geometric synthesis across physical scales. The first pillar establishes a continuum-to-discrete bridge in the microscopic sector. Starting from continuous classical field and configuration-space geometry in the anomaly-complete D4/D8 Yang-Mills-Chern-Simons branch, the V59-V61 chain shows how global Wess-Zumino-Witten topology fixes the Finkelstein-Rubinstein character through chi_WZW(B,N_c)=(-1)^(N_c B). The resulting quantum line-bundle structure constrains discrete spin, isospin, parity, and flavor representations without introducing a continuous fit parameter at this transition. V60 freezes the representation structure with N_c left symbolic; only afterward, in the post-freeze V61 tribunal, comparison with the observed light-baryon octet selects N_c=3 as the unique positive integer solution within the tested massless N_f=3 light-flavor branch, followed by the dimension-10, J=3/2 non-exotic sector. This selection is empirical and post-freeze, not a direct derivation of N_c=3 from EK-GU geometry alone. The second pillar is the macroscopic geometric branch inherited from v126 / MEON. There, the Einstein-Karahan program treats galactic-scale anomalies through an effective macroscopic spacetime-torsion degree of freedom, with a mass-dependent torsional activation/coherence scale and a weak-field phenomenology tested independently from the microscopic branch. MEON is not used as a calibration source, fit target, or proof input for the EK-GU / P_SKYRME / D4-D8 derivations; the two sectors remain formally separated while sharing the same source-first, geometry-first methodological framework. The cosmological dark-energy question is treated with the same fail-closed discipline. The dedicated TEST47-TEST50 scalar-torsion self-acceleration campaign finds that the frozen scalar-torsion action does not derive a regular late-time vacuum self-accelerating solution on its healthy interior branch: Minkowski remains the unique regular interior equilibrium, while the singular D(phi)->0 boundary is not promoted to a physical solution. Therefore the framework does not claim that dark energy has been solved. Instead, v127 records a precise geometric dark-energy boundary and identifies the additional structure that would be required for any future completion. Taken together, the two pillars show how continuous geometry can generate discrete quantum structure at microscopic scales while macroscopic torsion provides an independently testable geometric description of large-scale gravitational phenomenology. The release preserves both positive derivations and negative boundaries, and does not claim a completed Standard Model, a theory of everything, or a parameter-free absolute hadron spectrum.
