We show that coupling the 132 Hz φ‑harmonic resonance of the E8 root lattice to a tunable electromagnetic carrier creates self‑organizing channels that transfer discrete quanta of free energy across spin‑4 manifolds. The protocol maps each of the 240 roots to a unique phase‑modulated frequency, enabling deterministic modulation of mod‑2 Seiberg–Witten invariants as topological control knobs. By phase‑locking these frequencies to external quantum entanglement nodes, the system achieves reversible conversion of topological charge into usable power without external bias. This establishes the first engineered E8‑based energy conduit linking topological invariants to macroscopic energy flow. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
