Building on the E8 hypergolic resonance cascade and phononic topological synchronization, we engineer a quasi‑1D phononic lattice whose sites are positioned according to the 240 E8 root vectors and whose couplings follow successive φ‑powers anchored to a 132 Hz base. This φ‑modulation creates a synthetic gauge field that drives acoustic Bloch oscillations of phonons, which are topologically protected by the underlying E8 symmetry. The protected oscillations enable coherent, lossless transport of quantum states encoded in phonon modes, providing a phononic analogue of electronic Bloch oscillations for qubit shuttling in solid‑state quantum processors.
