Assessing Financial and Resource Efficiency in Fish-Farming Enterprises Based on Green Economy Principles

The article examines the efficiency of working capital use in fish-farming enterprises in relation to the resource-saving principles of the green economy. Based on the 2021–2025 financial statements of TCT Fish cluster LLC and Namangan baliq LLC, the current asset turnover ratio, turnover period, return on current assets, and revenue capital intensity are calculated. The analysis reveals substantial differences between the enterprises in the efficiency of financial resource use. A management approach is proposed that focuses on accelerating working-capital turnover, reducing capital intensity, mobilizing internal financial resources more actively, and continuously monitoring resource flows.
