Notes 39–45 fixed the gravitational side of the INDYNA model: a cascade down one axis to the narrowest point, corrected by the viscosity of the observer. This note fixes the structure of the other side, before any number is computed, so that the computations that follow are tests and not searches. The 600-cell is the union of five 24-cells: the rational one (the observer, with orthogonal vertices ±1 and diagonal vertices ±½) and four golden ones (its counter-poles), exchanged by an isoclinic step of 36°. Along this step the observer moves rigidly and its friction and coupling are, by symmetry, the same at both ends; anything that happens to the observer happens through its four counter-poles at the same place — self-observation. Each 24-cell alone breathes viscously (7.85%), the standing wave of all five breathes without friction: the four counter-poles cancel the friction of the fifth. We assign gravitation to the orthogonal vertices (the axis, curved orbits, viscous, with phase, visible) and magnetism to the diagonal ones (the field through the bodies, instantaneous, without phase, invisible); the four coordinate reflections fix the former and exchange the latter. Holding of the rotating world is reformulated as Floquet stability of the periodic exchange of roles (light and shadow exchange at every step) instead of stability of a steady rotation. Four computations are pre-registered (self-observed viscosity, inversion energy, ellipticity, radius stretch) together with the one relation that ties α to G through a single number, and two predictions about the observer line are recorded.
