A facile, divergent, multicomponent strategy for the synthesis of coumarin‐tethered β‐enaminones and triazole derivatives under environmentally benign, metal‐free conditions has been developed. This one‐pot, three‐component reaction from readily available starting materials like 4‐hydroxycoumarin, β‐nitrostyrenes, and primary amines delivered the corresponding coumarin‐tethered β‐enaminones in moderate to good yields under catalyst‐ and solvent‐free conditions. When phenylhydrazine was employed as the N ‐source, coumarin‐tethered triazole derivatives were obtained in moderate yield in the presence of molecular iodine as the catalyst. The present strategy demonstrates the synthetic utility and versatility of the MCR for accessing molecular diversity by fine‐tuning the amine source and reaction parameters. The operational simplicity, avoidance of harsh conditions, and minimal waste generation highlight the sustainability of the present approach.
