Title: Research on the Meta-level Choices of Human Civilization and the Framework of Cosmic Evolution Subtitle: — An Original Deductive System Based on the "Code of Civilization's Choices" (Submitted Premium Edition) Abstract: This study constructs a completely autonomous and originally unique underlying framework of cosmic evolution and a deductive system for the meta-level choices of civilization. Rejecting the traditional theories of the Big Bang singularity, fixed-law originism, and mechanical fatalism, this research proposes a primordial cosmic evolution chain of "Darkness Unseld—Chaotic Evolution—Local Emergence—Posterior Law—Perceptual Framing—Active Deframing." On this basis, it deduces the "Code of Civilization's Choices" encompassing 78 paths of civilization, systematically revealing the eight-layer evolution law of intelligent civilization: from survival form, spatiotemporal existence, cognitive dimension, ontological causality, true/false will, global system, logical terminus, to breaking limits and rebirth. The core innovations of this study lie in: First, proposing that cosmic laws are not a priori constraints, but a posterior description of statistical steady states reached after chaotic evolution scales sufficiently; Second, introducing the concept of "Paradigm Matrix"—this system is not a single paradigm, but a meta-framework capable of generating, deconstructing, and reorganizing paradigms; Third, revealing that the ultimate transcendence of intelligent civilization lies not in external seeking, but in internal deframing, breaking the layered attachments to perception, paradigm, causality, and the underlying substrate. This study holds reference value for understanding the destiny of human civilization, exploring new forms of civilization, and constructing cross-civilizational communication theories.
