The Szegö projection for the topological boundary of the Hartogs triangle is bounded on Lᵖ L p for a finite interval of p that is different than the one already known for the Bergman projection. Both operators satisfy a weak-type estimate at the upper endpoint of Lᵖ L p boundedness but not at the lower endpoint. The Szegö kernel is written in closed form, which (in contrast to the Bergman kernel) contains log terms.
