Relaxation-Driven Cyclic Cosmology (RDCC) v49.1 Phase-1 integrated core: CPT-symmetric bipartite cosmology with a dimension-8 inter-sector operator Author: Michael Lehmann (mi.lehmann@gmx.de) RDCC describes the Universe as a globally CPT-symmetric quantum state on a bipartite Hilbert space H₍₊₎₍₋₎. Gauge interactions remain sectoral. Gravity couples to the total stress-energy T⁽⁺⁾+T⁽⁻⁾. Observable deviations from ΛCDM are controlled by a single infrared parameter αIR=0.0176± 0.0021. Why v49.1 exists Earlier public versions, including the v48 companion corpus, treated the leading inter-sector coupling as a dimension-6 operator, schematically T⁽⁺⁾T⁽⁻⁾/M². In four spacetime dimensions each stress-energy tensor has mass dimension 4, so the bilinear T⁽⁺⁾μνT(-)μν is dimension 8 and belongs in the effective Lagrangian as cT\,T⁽⁺⁾T⁽⁻⁾/M⁴. Version 49.1 corrects that counting throughout and rebuilds the core on the consistent operator. v49.1 is not a dump of the hundred-companion v48 archive. It is a reconstructed, internally consistent Phase-1 core. Historical documents remain a reference quarry; they are not the active theory. What is new in v49.1 1. Dimension-8 inter-sector operator. Dimension-6 scaling is retired. 2. Freeze-out geometry: kᵣₑₗ=afrH(afr) (Companion XII). It is no longer an inserted working scale. 3. Numerical evaluation: for afr between about 10⁻⁴ and matter-radiation equality, kᵣₑₗ 0.015–0.037\,h\,Mpc⁻¹, in the same decade as the older $0.01$ placeholder (Technical Note on kᵣₑₗ). 4. Sectoral Newton coupling from the global Einstein equation: Geff=GN(1+ρ₍₋₎/ρ₍₊₎+ρᵣₑₗ/ρ₍₊₎). An inverted formula that appeared in a draft of Companion XI is superseded (Technical Note on Geff). 5. Gravitational slip from effective anisotropic stress, not from a primary χ-template (Companion XLIV). 6. Growth index and tensor transfer inherit the same kᵣₑₗ (Companions L and XV). 7. Euclid interface tied to that geometric chain. This record contains Core companions I through XII, XV, XLIV and L; the Flagship paper; Numerical Fits; the Euclid Interface; and the two technical notes on kᵣₑₗ and Geff. Each item is provided as PDF and as LaTeX source. What this record does not claim It does not re-derive ceff, does not fix β(afr)=1 beyond the adopted benchmark afr 10⁻⁴, and does not implement a full Boltzmann solver. Those are later tasks. Speculative readings (measurement, horizons, wave-particle language) are not part of the predictive core. Relation to ΛCDM v49.1 is a one-parameter extension at the level of the infrared response αIR. Background expansion remains ΛCDM-like. Distinctive signatures are scale-dependent growth, gravitational slip, tensor damping, and a mild lensing shadow from the non-clustering mirror sector. License and citation Please cite this Zenodo version (v49.1) for the corrected operator and the freeze-out scale. Do not cite v48 documents for the mass dimension of the inter-sector coupling.
