Low‐dimensional ultrawide‐bandgap oxides underpin the development of integrated solar‐blind photodetectors. However, the cumbersome production line and the humdrum photodetection dimension both restrict further application in the field of integrated optoelectronics. Herein, we optimize the liquid‐metal‐printing process on both planar and curved‐surface substrates and synthesize a 2D 8‐inch β‐Ga 2 O 3 single crystal. The β‐Ga 2 O 3 solar‐blind photodetector features an excellent ultraviolet‐visible rejection ratio (> 10 5 ), prominent anisotropy ratio (4.5), and wide linear dynamic range (∼130 dB). Based on a 2D crossed‐printed β‐Ga 2 O 3 homojunction, a self‐driven solar‐blind polarization photodetector with high responsivity (33.3 A/W) and fast response speed (< 2 µs) is exquisitely constructed. Inspired by the skylight polarization pattern in the solar‐terrestrial system, we introduce a novel spherical meta‐array, working as a panoramic polarization compass to detect solar‐blind sources within a complete 720° spatial angle. This work delivers insights into the growth platform for single‐crystal Ga 2 O 3 and demonstrates a prospective passive device architecture for solar‐blind warning, positioning, and monitoring.
