A novel technique for creating complex tangent trigonometric (ρ, ∝) spherical fuzzy set is presented in this study. The concepts of complex tangent trigonometric (ρ, ∝) spherical fuzzy weighted averaging, weighted geometric, generalised weighted averaging and generalised weighted geometric will be discussed in this article. We calculated the geometric and weighted average using an aggregating model. The following algebraic methods will be used to further analyze several sets having significant properties. We also apply these operators to a variety of multiple attribute decision-making scenarios. The practical applications of ED, HD, and score values are demonstrated by a number of real-world scenarios. Furthermore, the complex tangent trigonometric (ρ, ∝) spherical fuzzy number has idempotency, boundedness, commutativity, and monotonicity. They are more familiar, reasonable, and competent to identify the best choice. Our goal was to evaluate the criteria with expert opinions to identify the optimal choice.
