Technology has become an important part of modern supply chain management (SCM). This study aims to identify technology-enabled innovative practices and key research gaps in SCM. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted using secondary data from academic journals and databases. The review covers technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, blockchain, big data analytics, RFID, cloud computing, and Industry 4.0. The findings show that these technologies improve supply chain visibility, forecasting, inventory management, logistics, resilience, and decision-making. However, effective adoption depends on organizational readiness, skills, infrastructure, data quality, supplier integration, and management support. The review also highlights the need for more integrated research, particularly in retail, India, emerging economies, and Tier-II cities.
