Hyperlipidemia, characterized by systemic dysregulation of circulating lipids, presents a profound challenge to metabolic and tissue homeostasis. In Ayurveda, this metabolic disorder corresponds primarily to an pathological surge in Meda Dhatu (adipose tissue) causing Meda dhatu vriddhi coupled with Ama (toxic metabolic byproducts) leading to Medo-Dhatvagnimandya (impaired tissue-specific metabolic fire). According to the principles of sequential tissue nourishment (Ksheera-Dadhi Nyaya and Kedari-Kulya Nyaya), metabolic impairment at one tissue level inevitably cascades to disrupt the entire tissue matrix. This abstract explores how hyperlipidemia induces systemic vitiation across all seven tissues (Sapta Dhatu Dushti), leading to progressive metabolic, structural, and functional disintegration
