This work seeks to examine the thermo-elastic characteristics of a porous micro-stretch medium influenced by gravitational forces. The investigation is conducted in the framework of the Dual-Phase-Lag (DPL) model and Lord-Shulman (L-S) theory. To derive the governing Ordinary Differential Equations (ODEs), the Normal Mode Analysis (NMA) technique is applied. The Gauthier composite element is used to facilitate comparisons and assess the impact of gravity on the thermo-micro-stretch elastic porous medium under the DPL model and L-S theory. The findings indicate that gravitational forces exert a substantial impact on all physical quantities. Additionally, comparisons across four different time intervals highlight the significant role of time in governing the behavior of these quantities. Overall, this research provides valuable insights into the influence of gravity on thermo-micro-stretch porous media, offering potential applications in various scientific and engineering fields.
