: Conventional pressure gauges for oilfields are calibrated under standard conditions. These conditions differ from the harsh operational environments of oilfields, leading to measurement deviations. This study explores a calibration method and develops a dedicated calibration device to minimize such discrepancies. The developed device features an accuracy of 0.02%, a working pressure range of (0-7) MPa, and can be reliable within a working temperature range of (-10-50) °C. Multiple sets of verification tests were conducted to validate the device’s overall capability. The device can realize non-disassembly in-situ calibration of pressure gauges, and provide important technical support for efficient measurement and safe production of oilfield.
