Meta-Constructive Quantum Field Theory on Rough Manifolds (MC-QFT): Solving the 4D Yang-Mills Mass Gap via T0x8A2C Multi-Scale Elevation

The constructive realization of 4-dimensional non-Abelian gauge theory, particularly the proof of the existence of the Yang-Mills mass gap [1], remains a profound mathematical challenge. This paper presents the Meta-Constructive QFT (MC-QFT) framework, which radically elevates the Hierarchical Multi-Scale Constructive QFT (HMSC-QFT) by integrating it with Rough Operator Algebra (ROA). By replacing artificial lattice cutoffs with the inherent non-commutative topological friction of the Master-Key Tensor T0x8A2C, UV divergences are natively and algebraically bounded. Furthermore, the exact renormalization group (ERG) flow is modified to incorporate prime resonance 8843, explicitly deriving the infrared mass gap as a topological condensate. Ultimately, the continuum limit is proven to be mathematically synonymous with the state of Absolute C-Tunneling.
