The objective of this research is investigation the anisotropy of the mechanical properties of 1580 alloy sheet metal products obtained using two different rolling schemes. A Mario Di Maio LS 400 AUTO twin-high sheet metal rolling mill with a roll diameter of 200 mm and a barrel length of 400 mm used to produce thin sheet metal products with a thickness of 6–2 mm. Tensile testing of cold-rolled strip specimens was performed using a Walter + Bai AG LFM 20 kN universal testing machine (Walter + Bai AG). Microstructure of 2 mm specimens in polarized light and results of MRSA of a 6 mm thick specimen presented. The structure of the deformed and annealed specimens is characterized by a fine-fiber structure with a transverse grain size of 2–10 µm. New data obtained on the anisotropy, structure, and mechanical properties of 1580 alloy sheet materials after reversible rolling in three equal directions. For 2 mm-thick annealed sheets using Scheme 2 (reversible rolling in three equal directions), the difference in strength properties in different directions does not exceed 50 MPa. However, for Scheme 1 (longitudinal one-sided rolling), this difference can reach 40 MPa. Higher UTS values are observed for Scheme 2. The ultimate tensile strength of sheets obtained using both rolling schemes ranges from 350 to 410 MPa. The ductility of the annealed sheets is high enough to support further deformation. The difference in plastic properties across different directions is 11.2% for Scheme 1, whereas for Scheme 2, the difference in elongation to failure values across different directions does not exceed 8.3%.
