To increase job acquisition for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), more is required than employment training. ELSE+ is a mnemonic that stands for required education level, likes and dislikes, required skills, potential earnings, plus (+) the use of a budget spreadsheet. The ELSE+ intervention was used to supplement employment training by promoting discussion among participants about different aspects of jobs. This study used a multiple probe across participants design to evaluate the effects of a remote-delivered intervention package that consisted of behavior skills training and the ELSE+ intervention on job decision-making skills of three college students with IDD. Data indicated the effectiveness of the intervention package to increase participants’ ability to make decisions about good job fit, skill maintenance after the intervention was removed, and skill generalization to novel stimuli.
