This study examines the management of digital fundraising at Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI) North Sumatra in supporting the financial sustainability of da’wah programs. The study focuses on how institutional management practices, digital fundraising strategies, and donor relationship management contribute to sustaining religious and social programs. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through semi-structured in-depth interviews with three key informants representing the program team, zakat education and fundraising partnership team, and the leadership of IZI North Sumatra. Data were analyzed thematically through data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that digital fundraising management is implemented through annual planning, centralized platform management, digital campaign implementation, and periodic evaluation. IZI North Sumatra utilizes WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Zakatpedia to expand donor engagement and maintain communication with contributors. However, limited human resources remain a challenge in producing consistent digital content and strengthening data-based fundraising management. The study also shows that digital fundraising contributes to supporting da’wah sustainability through programs such as assisted villages and shelters for patients’ families, although specific allocations for da’wah activities remain limited. This study contributes to the understanding of digital fundraising as a managerial mechanism that connects institutional governance, donor engagement, and the sustainability of Islamic social programs.
