A unified quantum and relativistic model is proposed based on a fractal multiverse topology, wherein local spacetime is embedded as a 3-brane within an eleven-dimensional bulk hyperspace. We demonstrate that the cosmological constant (\(Λ \)) is induced by an inter-brane dilaton and graviscalar field (\(Φ \)) generated by the dielectric friction of contiguous membranes arranged in a self-similar fractal foam geometry. To avoid ghost fields and tachyons, the dilaton potential is constrained via stable inflationary slow-roll conditions under a strict Minkowski metric signature. Crucially, we resolve the cosmological baryon asymmetry problem via topological brane segregation, mapping the missing antimatter to a contiguous mirror 3-brane. This asymmetric charge distribution induces a localized repulsive Casimir pressure, formalized via a novel Brane Baryonic Chirality Tensor (\(Aμ ν\)), which establishes a stable sub-Planckian potential well governed by radion field (\(Ψ \)) modulation. Furthermore, we introduce the principle of pyramidal conservation, postulating that black hole singularities are metric transducers that pump compressed mass-energy through the six compactified dimensions of Calabi-Yau spaces (\(J₆\)). This transdimensional flow is regulated by an explicit eleven-dimensional geometric connectivity tensor (\(Mμ ν^{J₆}\)), which enforces topological selection rules that reject charged states while permitting non-baryonic metric deformations. To guarantee the falsifiability of the model, we present an enhanced Synchronous Evoked Stimulation Technique (SEST) deploying neutral atomic networks within superconducting microwave cavities for active dark field detection. Finally, the model is contrasted against recent cosmological constraints, natively matching primordial luminosity anomalies and hard X-ray suppression in JWST deep-field data, while concurrently resolving the Fermi Paradox via non-thermalizing, superluminal metric channels operating across the bulk.
